Our olive extra virgin oil

From our olive groves, which are also cultivated using the biodynamic method, come the olives of the Frantoio, Leccino and Moraiolo varieties. Every autumn our farm transforms them into the classic extra-virgin olive oil, also Tuscan PGI. The company’s oil mill allows the olives to be pressed within 24 hours of harvesting and the olives are cold-pressed using innovative processing methods that allow the nutritional and organoleptic values of the product to be maintained unaltered.
